These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the QuickNortheast website, mobile application, and related services (“Platform”). By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and applicable Indian laws.
 
1. Eligibility and Account
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law.
1.2 Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information (e.g., name, mobile, email, address) and keep it updated.
1.3 You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of OTPs, passwords, and credentials, and all activities under your account.
1.4 We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account for inaccurate information or violations.
 
2. Services and Platform Use
2.1 Order fresh groceries and Northeast products via our inventory or third-party marketplace model.
2.2 Service areas, products, slots, and offers vary and may change without notice.
2.3 We may modify, suspend, or limit services at our discretion.
 
3. Food Safety, FSSAI, and Legal Metrology
3.1 We partner with FSSAI-licensed vendors and facilities.
3.2 Pre-packaged items show required details: product name, FSSAI number, quantity, MRP (tax-inclusive), manufacturer, batch, and expiry.
3.3 Fresh perishables (e.g., fruits, veggies, meat) follow e-commerce food safety standards.
 
4. Orders, Pricing, and Contract
4.1 Prices are in INR, tax-inclusive unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Delivery/packaging fees show at checkout.
4.3 Placing an order is an offer; it's accepted upon Platform/SMS/email confirmation, forming a contract.
4.4 Prices, discounts, and availability may change without notice.
4.5 We may cancel/modify orders for pricing errors, with refunds per law.
 
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Supports UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, COD (availability varies).
5.2 Payments via third-party gateways; we don't control them.
5.3 Not liable for their failures; see their terms.
5.4 Refunds for failed/cancelled orders follow our Refund Policy and RBI timelines.
 
6. Delivery, Title, and Risk
6.1 Limited to serviceable PIN codes.
6.2 Timelines are estimates; delays possible due to traffic, weather, etc.
6.3 Title/risk passes on delivery acknowledgment; until then, it's ours or the seller's.
 
7. Cancellation Policy
7.1 Cancel full/partial orders via app until "Dispatched" or "Packed" (tighter for perishables).
7.2 Use "My Orders" or in-app chat; post-dispatch not guaranteed (fees may apply).
7.3 Refunds: 5-7 business days (online, per RBI); immediate (COD/wallet), minus fees. See full details below.
7.4 No cancels in transit/delivered; frequent misuse restricts accounts. Force majeure excludes post-confirmation cancels.
 
8. Refund Policy
8.1 Perishables: Returns only for damaged/spoiled/wrong/expired—report within 10 minutes with photos.
8.2 Remedies: Replacement, partial/full refund, or wallet credits after verification.
8.3 No refunds for change of mind, delays, untimely reports, or altered products.
8.4 Timelines: 5-7 business days (online); immediate (wallet/COD). Promos adjust. See full details below.
8.5 Disputes: Support first, then consumer forums.
 
9. Promotions, Offers, and Wallet/Credits
9.1 Subject to offer-specific terms (e.g., min. order, validity).
9.2 We may modify/withdraw offers anytime, per law.
9.3 Misuse (e.g., fraud) leads to order cancellation, benefit reversal, account suspension.
 
10. User Obligations and Acceptable Use
10.1 Use lawfully only.
10.2 Prohibited: fraud, harmful content, unauthorized access, interference, or commercial resale without permission.
10.3 We may restrict/suspend for violations without notice.
 
11. Privacy and Data Protection
11.1 We process data per Privacy Policy and Indian laws.
11.2 Used for orders, support, fraud prevention, etc.
11.3 Payments via secure gateways.
11.4 You consent to data use and communications (opt-out available).
 
12. Intellectual Property
12.1 All Platform content (e.g., “QuickNortheast” brand, logos, images) is protected.
12.2 Limited personal-use license only; no copying/modifying without permission.
 
13. Third-Party Services and Links
13.1 Links/integrations (e.g., payments, logistics) are third-party; use at your risk per their terms.
 
14. Compliance with Law
14.1 We comply with Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, FSSAI, Legal Metrology, IT Act, and local regs, with transparent disclosures and grievance processes.
 
15. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
15.1 “As is” basis; no warranties for uninterrupted service.
15.2 Liability limited to order value paid; no indirect damages.
 
16. Indemnity
16.1 You indemnify us against claims from your misuse, breaches, or rights violations.
